الخدمة
يتيح التطبيق لعملاء مركز تقييم لخدمة السيارات متابعة صيانة مركباتهم، واستلام تذكيرات بمواعيد الخدمة، وطلب حجز موعد، والاطلاع على سجل الزيارات. التطبيق مجاني ولا يتضمن مشتريات داخلية.
الحساب
- يُنشأ الحساب برقم هاتف تتحقق ملكيته برسالة نصية، وأنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك.
- استخدام التطبيق متاح لمن هم بعمر 13 عاماً فأكثر.
الحجوزات والتذكيرات
- طلب الحجز عبر التطبيق هو طلب ولا يُعد موعداً مؤكداً حتى يؤكده المركز.
- التذكيرات بمواعيد الصيانة تُحسب تقديرياً بناءً على قراءات العداد وتواريخ الزيارات، وهي إرشادية ولا تغني عن فحص المركبة أو تعليمات الشركة الصانعة.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر إساءة استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك إدخال بيانات مضللة، أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين، أو تعطيل الخدمة.
حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». لا يتحمل المركز أو سـاقرتك مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن الاعتماد على التقديرات أو عن انقطاع الخدمة، وذلك ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون. مسؤولية أعمال الصيانة نفسها تحكمها فواتير المركز وأنظمته.
التعديلات
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، وسيُنشر أي تعديل في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

The service
The App lets customers of Taqeem Car Service track their vehicles’ maintenance, receive service-due reminders, request appointments, and view their visit history. The App is free and contains no in-app purchases.
Your account
- An account is created with a phone number verified by SMS; you are responsible for the accuracy of your data.
- You must be 13 or older to use the App.
Bookings and reminders
- An appointment request made in the App is a request and is not a confirmed booking until the center confirms it.
- Service reminders are estimates computed from odometer readings and visit dates. They are guidance only and do not replace inspecting the vehicle or the manufacturer’s instructions.
Acceptable use
Misuse of the App is prohibited — including entering misleading data, attempting to access other users’ data, or disrupting the service.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, neither the center nor SaqerTech is liable for damages arising from reliance on estimates or from service interruptions. The maintenance work itself is governed by the center’s invoices and policies.
Changes
We may update these terms; changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
