حذف الحساب والبيانات

لطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك (الاسم، رقم الهاتف، المركبات، سجل الزيارات):

• اتصل أو أرسل واتساب على الرقم أعلاه من رقم الهاتف المسجَّل، أو
• أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً من عنوانك يتضمن رقم هاتفك المسجَّل بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب».

سننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكد لك ذلك. قد يحتفظ المركز بسجلات الزيارات والفواتير كسجلات عمل وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها — راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

Deleting your account & data

To request deletion of your account and all your data (name, phone number, vehicles, visit history):

• Call or WhatsApp the number above from your registered phone number, or
• Email us including your registered phone number with the subject “Account deletion request”.

Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed to you. The center may retain visit and billing records as business records where regulations require — see the privacy policy.
