تطبيق «تقييم لخدمة السيارات» (التطبيق) تُشغّله شركة سـاقرتك (SaqerTech) لصالح مركز تقييم لخدمة السيارات في إربد، الأردن. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وسبب جمعها وكيفية التعامل معها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: رقم هاتفك (يُتحقق منه برسالة نصية)، اسمك، ولغتك المفضلة.
- بيانات المركبة: نوع المركبة وموديلها وسنتها، رقم اللوحة، رقم الشاصي (اختياري)، قراءات العداد، سجل الصيانة والزيارات، وصور توثيقية تلتقطها الورشة أثناء الزيارة.
- الحجوزات والتقييمات ونقاط الولاء إن استخدمتها.
- الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز لإرسال التنبيهات (Push Token) وسجل التذكيرات المرسلة.
- بيانات تشخيصية: تقارير الأعطال وطراز الجهاز عبر خدمة Firebase Crashlytics لتحسين استقرار التطبيق.
لماذا نجمعها
- تسجيل الدخول الآمن برقم الهاتف.
- متابعة صيانة مركبتك وإرسال تذكيرات عند اقتراب موعد الخدمة.
- إدارة الحجوزات وسجل الزيارات داخل المركز.
- تحسين جودة التطبيق ومعالجة الأعطال.
من يطّلع على بياناتك
بياناتك يطّلع عليها طاقم المركز لغرض تقديم الخدمة فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة تسويقية. نستخدم مزوّدي خدمات تقنيين لتشغيل التطبيق:
- Google Firebase: تسجيل الدخول، الإشعارات، وتقارير الأعطال.
- Supabase: قاعدة البيانات والتخزين السحابي.
- Vercel: استضافة لوحة تحكم المركز.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بيانات حسابك، وقد يحتفظ المركز بسجلات الزيارات والفواتير كسجلات عمل وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.
حذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت عبر التواصل معنا (انظر صفحة الدعم). سننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لمالكي المركبات وليس موجهاً لمن هم دون 13 عاماً.

The “Taqeem Car Service” app (the App) is operated by SaqerTech for Taqeem Car Service center in Irbid, Jordan. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled.
Data we collect
- Account data: your phone number (verified by SMS), your name, and your preferred language.
- Vehicle data: make, model and year, plate number, VIN (optional), odometer readings, service and visit history, and documentation photos taken by the workshop during a visit.
- Bookings, reviews and loyalty points, if you use them.
- Notifications: a device push token and a log of reminders sent.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and device model via Firebase Crashlytics, used to improve stability.
Why we collect it
- Secure sign-in with your phone number.
- Tracking your vehicle’s maintenance and sending reminders when service is due.
- Managing bookings and your visit history at the center.
- Improving the App and fixing crashes.
Who can see your data
Your data is visible to the center’s staff solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data and never share it for marketing. We use technical service providers to run the App:
- Google Firebase — sign-in, push notifications, crash reporting.
- Supabase — database and cloud storage.
- Vercel — hosting of the staff dashboard.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists. When your account is deleted, account data is removed; the center may retain visit and billing records as business records where regulations require.
Deleting your account & data
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time — see the support page. Requests are completed within 30 days.
Children
The App is intended for vehicle owners and is not directed at children under 13.
