How do bids work?
Each auction shows the current bid and minimum increment. Place a bid manually, or set an Auto-bid with your maximum — BidHouse bids for you up to that limit.
I won an auction — what now?
You'll get a notification and the item appears in Orders. Complete payment from your wallet or card, and the seller ships to your saved address.
How do deposits work?
Some auctions hold a refundable deposit from your wallet while you bid. It's released automatically when the auction ends unless you win.
How do I sell?
Tap the + button, add photos and details, set your starting price (and optional reserve or Buy Now). Listings go live after a quick review.
Payments and refunds
All payments are processed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) through our licensed payment provider. Wallet withdrawals go to your bank account. For payment issues, contact support with your order number.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or see the account deletion page.
Report a problem with a listing or user
Email support@saqertech.com with the auction link or username and we'll investigate. Disputes on orders can be opened from the order screen.
