Delete Your BidHouse Account

BidHouse by Saqer Tech

You can permanently delete your BidHouse account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open BidHouse and sign in
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom
4. Confirm the deletion

Note: if you have live listings or you are the highest bidder in an active auction, you'll be asked to finish or cancel those first — this protects other users mid-auction.

Or request deletion by email

Email us at support@saqertech.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my BidHouse account". We will process the request within 30 days.

Delete some of your data without closing your account

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. From inside the app you can delete at any time:

• Saved addresses — Profile → Addresses → swipe or tap delete
• Watchlist items — tap the heart on any auction to remove it
• Followed sellers — Profile → Following → Unfollow
• Saved searches and alerts — Explore → saved search → delete
• Your own listings — My Listings → cancel a listing that has not yet sold
• Profile photo — Profile → Edit → remove photo

For anything else — for example removing identity-verification documents after your seller account is approved — email support@saqertech.com from your registered address, telling us which data you want removed. We respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Deleted immediately: your name, email, phone number, profile photo, saved addresses, identity documents, push notification tokens, biometric login credentials, watchlist and follows.
• Anonymized: your past bids, orders and sold auctions remain as anonymous records ("Deleted User") to preserve other users' transaction history.
• Retained where legally required: financial transaction records we must keep under applicable accounting and anti-fraud laws.
